Welcome to Peptides4ALL (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", or "the Site"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any of our products. By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms and certify under penalty of perjury that you meet the conditions of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase products from Peptides4ALL. By creating an account and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH AND LABORATORY USE ONLY By purchasing any product on this Site, you understand and agree to the following:

  • Research Only: All products are sold strictly as chemical reagents for laboratory research and in vitro development.

  • NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION: Products are NOT intended for human consumption, injection, veterinary use, clinical use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or household use.

  • Qualified Handling: You declare that you are a qualified researcher, student, or professional with the necessary knowledge, equipment, and safety procedures to handle these materials.

  • Prohibited Uses: The use of these products for bodybuilding, sports performance enhancement, dietary purposes, or any introduction into humans or animals is strictly prohibited. Peptides4ALL reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect the intended use violates this policy.

3. Handling and Regulatory Status The buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by the FDA, COFEPRIS, or any other regulatory agency for safety in food, drugs, or medical devices. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and final disposal of the products in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Account Creation and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of such payment processors.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. Ownership and risk of loss of the products transfer to you the moment we deliver the package to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a secure and correct address. International Orders & Customs: For international orders, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for knowing the import laws of their country and paying any applicable duties or taxes. We do not issue refunds for products seized by customs due to import restrictions.

7. NO RETURN Policy Due to the nature of the products (temperature-sensitive research chemicals and potential contamination), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Peptides4ALL shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including health damages or bodily injury) arising from the misuse, ingestion, or handling of the products.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptides4ALL, its directors, employees, and suppliers from any claim, demand, damages, or legal expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or the misuse of the purchased products.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site is the property of Peptides4ALL and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute related to these Terms or the products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
