1. All Sales Final
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items once an order is placed.
- This applies to both peptide products and supplements, unless otherwise stated in special cases.
2. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
- In the rare event your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damage or issue, and a description of the problem.
- After review, we may at our discretion issue a replacement or partial refund, subject to return of the item (if applicable) in its original packaging and condition.
3. Order Cancellations
- You may request cancellation only before the order has been shipped. Once the order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- If cancellation is accepted, we will refund any payments (less processing fees, if applicable) to your original payment method.
4. Non-Delivery / Missing Items
- If you do not receive your package, or part of your order is missing, you must notify us within 14 days of the order date.
- We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed missing, we may issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
5. Exceptions & Final Authority
- This policy does not limit any statutory rights required by law in your jurisdiction.
- Peptides4ALL reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all refund and return matters.
