1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 


 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship to the United States and Mexico.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days

    • Mexico Domestic: 3–7 business days

 


 

3. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Peptides4ALL is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 


 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us via the Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • After review, we may issue a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

 


 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
